I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals all over the world, and this is among the best property management I’ve come across. The condo was extremely clean, an extensive list of amenities (the high chair was an unexpected surprise!), and the kitchenware/cookware was all in excellent condition. The one question that I had about accessing the garage was answered promptly and it was made clear that I could call about anything during my stay. We enjoyed the pool during our stay (very close to this unit, but no pool noise can be heard), and it was really nice to be able to walk to the shopping center down the street or be within a few minutes drive from anywhere in Poipu. This condo was plenty big for us all. The bedrooms are well-separated so we had all the personal space we needed. Plenty of windows and spectacular sunrises to enjoy. Everything we could ask for. Unit is close to pool and BBQ which weren't crowded. Clean and roomy. Lots of countertop appliances. Could use more kitchen utensils like bowls, pots and pans, wine glasses. Fine for two, but not enough for multiple couples or large family. Host was responsive. Parking good-garage had beach chairs and toys. Complex is not far from beach; nothing is right next door.
