The location was perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets from the front porch. We even had sea turtles and dolphins show up in the water right in front of the house! The front porch could not have been better for spending time together while listening to the ocean. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked. All 3 couples commented on how comfortable the beds were and even looked up the brand of pillows and sheets. Would highly recommend this location for the proximity to shopping, dining, and the beach. You need to be prepared for cars and pedestrians walking by especially in the mornings. The location was right across the street for easy access to fishing every day and just down the street for an easy walk to a beautiful snorkeling opportunity and beach. 5 minute drive to Poipu beach for sea turtles and Hawaiian monks seal viewing along with snorkeling, swimming, and fishing. We were celebrating our anniversary with our 3 grown children and their spouses and there was ample room for all 8 of us, We particularly enjoyed the large lanai with generous tables and seating with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets (and whales!). We traveled with two families (4 adults, 5kids, all under 10 … youngest 2yo) Plenty of room for kids to be entertained in and outside, while staying on the property. The private pool was awesome for the kids to play any time of the day. The house is stocked well with beach gear and kitchen gadgets. For our group, the “cottage” was just right to set up our little one for naps, without worrying about noise from the rest of the party (our monitor signal worked throughout the house) And the views were spectacular! ##### Andrea T. The layout of this house was very comfortable and provided us with plenty of room to move around.
