This exceptional well-appointed three-bedroom, three-bath 1,500 sq. ft. condominium with central air conditioning is located on the Robert Trent Jones II designed Kiahuna Golf Course with beautiful ocean views beyond. A true tropical paradise, the Pili Mai resort community consists of one and two-story spacious condominiums and features a private recreational center including a family pool, keiki pool, heated spa, fitness center, and barbecue grills throughout the community. Hale Konani features one of the best floor plans and locations within the complex with two king-bedded master suites with in-suite bathrooms and large closets, a third bedroom and full bathroom, a wide-open kitchen and living area and both a lanai for early morning coffee and spectacular sunsets and a courtyard for outside dinning for eight; being a ground floor end-unit with seventeen windows ensures a bright sunny interior! Hale Konani (unit 9M) is centrally located within the complex on the 9th fairway of the golf course and just steps away from the pool and fitness center. This unit is well-suited to comfortably accommodate up to six people. Newly constructed in 2017, Hale Konani has all the amenities needed for a special vacation. The kitchen with its large center island and stainless-steel appliances is fully stocked with everything you need to take advantage of the local farmers markets and cook a gourmet meal at home. Recent upgrades to the unit include new ceiling fans, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures as well as a new refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer and new tv's including a 65" LG OLED television in the living room. Each of the bedrooms feature quality mattresses and linens to support a good night’s rest and there is plenty of storage space for you and your guests to unpack and feel at home. A pack and play crib, highchair seat and stroller are provided for families traveling with small children. Additional items such as a mini crib and full highchair are available with advance notice. To ensure your fun at the beach (a short 12-minute walk) and pool, there are six beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a small and large cooler and boogie boards. For the young children, there are plenty of beach toys and buckets. Kauai does get hot so you will appreciate the central air conditioning throughout the unit. Other features include a washer and dryer, high speed internet, large flat-screen televisions, a Bose sound system, and a keyless entry lock system for easy check-in and added security. Our property manager has implemented extensive cleaning protocols. Our unit is thoroughly cleaned for every guest arrival, with all surfaces and high-touch areas sanitized for your safety using products approved by global health agencies. Pili Mai is truly an amazing destination on the South-end of Kauai in sunny Poipu and is less than 30 minutes from the Lihue Airport. It is also centrally located between the lush north shore and the spectacular west side of Kauai, where guests can explore local wonders such as the Waimea Canyon and Na Pali Coast overlook. Never had a condo more well stocked than this one. Super awesome. Great location close to everything. Loved we could walk to a taco and shopping area. Pool is across the way and is super nice. The views are amazing. The owner also let us have a super late check out which totally made our last day on this amazing island a super plus. From the minute you walk in you are welcomed with treats, an amazing view, and a perfectly clean place. The owners provided beach chairs, towels and toys which were so nice to use at the beautiful nearby beaches. The pool/hot tub and golf course are steps away from the door. We were traveling with 4 of our adult children for the wedding of our 5th child. The wedding arrangements were made last minute because things were canceled in Maui, so everyone who was there for the wedding could not stay in the same place. This was only a mile from the wedding spot at the Sheraton, and a nice central area to visit most of the main attractions on the island. The layout of the condo was great, and since we were traveling with our daughter who was in a wheelchair, it worked out very well for us being in the ground floor. There were a couple of obstacles but we were able to get her around quite well. Jill even provided a shower chair for us so my daughter could use the walk in shower. The pool also has a handicap lift chair, though the chair to the hot tub wasn't working. ##### Cindie N. We spent alot of time looking for a 3BR/3BA place in Poipu and there is not alot of inventory. This unit fit our needs perfectly. While we don't golf anymore, it was lovely sitting on the lanai and watching players and the ocean in the background. The setup is perfect with 2 full masters with en-suite bathrooms. Very close to shopping, great restaurants and the beach too. And the pool was so close too. And the unit is equipped with so much, like a fully functioning kitchen, full size laundry, puzzles, TV and so much more Overall a very happy experience with my spouse and our two 20 year old kids.
