Any monetary compensation, refunds or discounts will be given solely at the discretion of Koloa Kai and will only be available in situations where the company agrees that an infestation has occurred. Koloa Kai reserves the right to investigate and provide remediation of any pest issue. The mere presence of pests in the property shall not constitute grounds for monetary compensation. 30-DAY MAXIMUM RENTALS: Koloa Kai LLC provides only short-term rentals with a maximum reservation of 30 days. Each reservation is fully documented and provides for a fixed date and time for check-in and check-out, rental rates, associated fees, and all other requirements required by local and state law. Home was very clean, modern, beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for our stay including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, private pool and hot tub, many beach chairs and beach towels. Location was great! Home is on a golf course with a view of the mountains in a lovely quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes to beautiful Poipu beaches. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Host was super responsive and provided restaurant recommendations and welcome amenities including coffee which was greatly appreciated.
