Welcome to Hale Kailani at Poipu Beach Estates! Kailani means “heavenly waters” in the beautiful Hawaiian language, and you will find just that at this luxurious tropical property. Cascading waterfalls into the heated pool create a soothing ambiance as you enter the property. Pristine inside and out, this brand new 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home and 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage are sure to exceed expectations and are the perfect place to unwind from your day. Featuring a private, heated pool, guests can enjoy the water from the comfort of your own front yard. White sand beaches are located less than a 5 minute drive from the property, or a comfortable 10 minute walk, if you are in the mood. The main house includes two master suites, each with a king size bed, soaking tub, walk-in shower with two shower heads, and ample closet space. The upstairs suite (the only bedroom on the upper level) also includes a private lanai perfect for enjoying a drink while taking in the beautiful island views. Additional rooms in the main house include a shared guest bathroom and a bunk room featuring a “twin over full” configuration plus a twin-size pull out trundle bed. The final bedroom contains a queen bed and overlooks the immaculate courtyard and pool. Additionally, the living room sofa opens up to a queen-size sofa bed, making the home well equipped to accommodate 12 individuals. The house is ideally situated to take advantage of the tropical breezes with multiple window, door and screen options available. If the trade winds die down, each bedroom and each of the main living areas also includes its own split air conditioning unit, so every guest will stay comfortable at any time of the day. The cottage features two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has access to the second bathroom, also with a tub/shower combo. Downstairs, the living room boasts a queen size pull out sofa bed, full kitchen, dining and laundry area. The cottage can accommodate 6 guests. Hosting a family reunion? We’ve got you covered! With ample sleeping accommodations (18 total between the main house and cottage!) and large gathering areas, Hale Kailani offers the perfect mixture of public and private spaces for individuals to socialize together, or relax in private. Everything you could possibly want, shopping, great places to eat, and multiple gorgeous beaches, is just a few minutes away. Total vacation win.The house itself is stunning. The giant refrigerator and freezer were basically heroes on this multi-family trip. And having three washers and dryers (counting the guest suite!) made it feel like we had our own personal laundry army on standby.We loved that the house came stocked with beach chairs and all the goodies you’d need for a relaxed beach day. The pool was dreamy, and the landscaping made it feel like stepping into our own private oasis. That waterfall feature is absolute magic. Between the sound and the vibe, you could practically feel the stress sliding right off your shoulders.Parking was a breeze, we easily fit four cars in the carport/driveway, and could’ve tucked another into the main garage if we needed to. The space was huge, comfy, and perfect for a big group like ours. Truly had everything we could’ve wished for.A definite winner! ##### April L. The pool was warm and so picturesque with several waterfalls along the back wall, the yard was well maintained, the kitchen was stocked better than any VRBO we've ever had, and the beds were super comfortable. The cottage in front was also a great space & it too had a washer & dryer, small kitchen and was just right for my son & family. We had no complaints! It is conveniently located, clean, comfortable for large family and well-stocked with so many things you will need. There are lots of pool toys, the kitchen is well-equipped, a total of 3 washers and dryers, baby accommodations, creature comforts and multiple spaces with comfy seating for hanging out. There’s lots of space and unlike other rental properties in Hawaii, this one is VERY well stocked: it had tons of toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry and dishwasher detergent. The garage is also full of beach chairs, snorkel equipment, floaties, snorkling equipment, a wagon, and baby stuff. The kitchen has a rice maker, two slow cookers, an instapot, and a vitamix—which made cooking for a large group much easier. The fullsized fridge and freezer helped too. Our communication with both Brian and Nica was quick and easy. When I mismatched our booking to flight availability, Brian went above and beyond and made arrangements for my family for the extra night we needed at a nearby resort. ##### Emilie B.
