Unit Layout  
For your vacation, you can stay at the "Mariandl (EGL120)", an 11-room house with 250 square meters of space spread across three levels. The cosy and tastefully furnished living room features a satellite TV and an exit to the terrace. There is also an open living/dining room area. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a refrigerator, toaster, water boiler, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. A separate WC is available on the main floor. On the upper floor, you will find four rooms, each with a sofa bed, a double bed, and a shower/WC, as well as access to a balcony. The second upper floor has two rooms with the same setup (sofa bed, double bed, and shower/WC), plus a double bedroom, a small walk-through room with a double bed, another double bedroom, and a room with two bunk beds. There is also a shower/WC and a separate WC on this floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, such as heating, a balcony, and a box-room. Additionally, free WiFi internet access is provided for your convenience. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and one pet or dog is allowed. If the maximum capacity of 26 guests is not reached, one floor of the house will not be available for use. Just an example, laundry services for bed linen and towels are also included.
