Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Scam : there is no hotel, they have turned into a disco bar, after waiting 2 hours with load of hassle people told the real story of scam so had to walk in somewhere else. After complaining with hotel.com they still think this is a genuine property???
