Vesi oli poikki, kun myöhään tulimme, niin ei saatu apua mistään. Ohjeissa ei mainintaa asiasta. Soitettiin kahteen eri numeroon mitä löysimme kansiosta. Aamulla löytyi sulku saunan lauteiden alta ja saatiin vesi päälle, mutta se ei lämmennyt. Onneksi löytyi ruuvimeisseli, jolla saatiin ruuvattua boilerin lauennut lämpösuojan kansi auki ja laittettua suoja päälle. Vastaus soitto tuli vasta parin päivän päästä.
