Set in Äkäslompolo near Ylläs ski resort, Housu is a thoughtfully designed home accommodating up to 9 guests. Completed in 2023 with architect Otso Virtanen, it showcases careful craftsmanship. Finnish spruce defines the warm interior, complementing the Arctic surroundings. Filled with natural light, it features a cosy living area, modern kitchen, and a master bedroom overlooking the terrace and jacuzzi, ideal for relaxation after days of adventure in the Arctic landscape.  
  
Set in Äkäslompolo near Ylläs ski resort, Housu is a 2023-built home showcasing modern Nordic design, crafted in collaboration with architect Otso Virtanen of ARK Helsinki. Finnish spruce dominates the interiors, seamlessly connecting to the Arctic surroundings. Natural light highlights the cozy living area, modern kitchen, and master bedroom overlooking the terrace and jacuzzi. Close to Ylläs trails, Housu is perfect for year-round Lapland adventures.  
Living & Kitchen area  
The open-plan living and kitchen area is a practical and welcoming space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including an induction hob, oven, and dishwasher. The dining table seats ten, making it ideal for shared meals. Large windows bring in natural light and views of the Arctic surroundings, while the seating area around the fireplace, complete with a TV and Sonar sound system, provides a cosy spot to unwind after exploring the outdoors. An alcove adds a quiet corner for reading or reflection, seamlessly connecting the space to its natural setting.

The four bedrooms offer adaptable layouts, cosy furnishings, and practical storage, with skylights in the bedrooms upstairs.
