40 km north of Kolari, lake Äkäslompolo 1,5 km, lake Pikku-Kaupinjärvi 500 m, lake Iso-Kaupinjärvi 1,2 km, swimming beach 3 km. Log rowhouse apartment 50 m2 + upstairs 12 m2 , built 2005\. IN downstairs livingroom/kitchen,sauna (electric), shower, separate toilet.  
  
Upstairs one bedroom with a double bed, lobby with two separate beds and two easy-chairs as extra beds. Air sourced heat pump.  
  
Included in price:  
ERV cancellation insurance  
Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-03-15 - 2027-05-01)
