Welcome to your cozy apartment in Koksijde-Bad, just a short stroll from Oostduinkerke Beach and only a minute from Baldus Beach. This inviting retreat is perfect for your seaside getaway, featuring a comfortable living room with a dining area and a lounge equipped with a sofa bed (1.60m), plus digital television and WiFi for your entertainment. The open fitted kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer—everything you need to prepare delightful meals during your stay. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two well-appointed bedrooms: one featuring a double bed (1.60m) with a down duvet, and the other with a bunk bed (2x90 cm), also with cozy down duvets. A separate toilet and a shower room with a double washbasin enhance the convenience for guests, while the sixth-floor location, accessible via a lift, offers lovely sea views from your private balcony. Your stay includes cold water consumption, final cleaning, and cancellation insurance, while energy consumption will be calculated based on meter readings. Proximity to attractions like Plopsaland De Panne (8.7 km away) and Dunkerque Train Station (28 km) adds to the appeal, with Ostend-Bruges International Airport only 21 km away. Small pets are allowed, and smoking inside the apartment is prohibited, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. Enjoy an unforgettable escape on the beautiful Belgian coast! The consumption of electricity, heating, hot water (for houses: cold water) is not included and will be deducted from the deposit you paid. Please note that consumption is higher during the winter months.
