This spacious holiday villa offers a peaceful retreat with a fully enclosed garden and accommodates up to six guests, ideal for families or small groups. Upstairs features two large bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower/bath combo, while the ground floor includes a bright living area, cozy seating, dining space, and a separate toilet. A sunny terrace and private parking add convenience, and pets are not allowed. Situated in a quiet residential area, the villa is just a short walk from the beach and close to cafés, restaurants, and local markets. Guests can explore cycling and walking trails through the dunes, nearby golf courses, and recreational parks. Cultural attractions and boutique shops are also easily accessible. The fully equipped kitchen allows easy meal preparation, complemented by a spacious dining area and sunny terrace for al fresco dining. The enclosed garden offers a private space to relax, and a washing machine ensures convenience for longer stays. This villa combines comfort, style, and a prime coastal location for an unforgettable getaway.
