The stylish living room features contemporary furniture, a dining area for six, and an open kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and juicer—perfect for family meals. Relax on the balcony or enjoy digital TV with Netflix. The apartment sleeps up to six comfortably with one bedroom featuring a double bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds for three guests. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower, while a second bathroom includes a bathtub, extra washbasins, and a hairdryer. A separate toilet and a foldable single bed in the living area add convenience. Additional amenities include a lift, bicycle storage, heating, and a free baby crib. Ideal for families or friends, this apartment provides a perfect base for coastal exploration, seaside relaxation, and quiet neighborhood living.   
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other.
