The Space: Welcome to James Ensor Zon, a comfortable apartment in a prime location close to the beach and the sea. The residence is located in the Groenendijk area, within walking distance of Kite Surf Club Windekind. As soon as you cross the street, you're right in the dunes and on the beach – pure enjoyment! Upon arrival, you enter the spacious living room with an open kitchen. This living space is comfortably furnished, and the fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary amenities for self-catering. From the living room you have direct access to the spacious, sun-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The apartment can accommodate 6 people and has 2 bedrooms. There is one spacious bedroom with double bed, a desk and plenty of storage space & a second bedroom with bunk beds and direct access to the terrace - ideal for children. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that can easily be converted into sleeping space for 2 additional guests. The bathroom has a sink and shower, and there is a separate toilet for added comfort. The location is excellent: just a few steps from the beach and the sea, and within walking distance of Nieuwpoort-Bad with its charming stores, restaurants and cafes. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities. Other Things to Note: PET: 1 pet is allowed in James Ensor Zon. A supplement of €20/night will be charged for this. PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT: If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300\. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit.
