The Space: Welcome to the cozy apartment James Ensor Zee, located in a prime location in Oostduinkerke with a breathtaking view of the dunes and the sea. The residence is located in the Groenendijk area, within walking distance of Kite Surf Club Windekind. As soon as you cross the street, you're right in the dunes and on the beach – pure enjoyment! The comfortable living room with open kitchen and spacious dining table is the heart of the apartment. Thanks to the large windows, you enjoy lots of natural light and a blissful view here. Spending hours in this space, dreaming away at the sea and the dunes, is pure enjoyment here. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary amenities to prepare your own delicious meals, ideal for a relaxing stay. The apartment has two bedrooms. A very spacious double bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space and a convenient desk & a second bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for children. The bathroom has a single sink and a shower. For extra comfort, there is a separate toilet. In short, this is the ideal place for a relaxing stay overlooking the sea, suitable for up to 4 people. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities. Other Things to Note: PET: 1 pet is allowed in James Ensor Zee. A supplement of €20/night will be charged for this. PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT: If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300\. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit.
