### Apartment in St. Idesbald near the Sea

Sunny two-room apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator. Located 150m from the sea in the heart of St. Idesbald (between Koksijde and De Panne). Close to public transport. Parking space is included in the rent. Pets are allowed. Layout The apartment has a hall, separate toilet, storage room, living room with open kitchen, sunny balcony, a bathroom with bath, 2 bedrooms. Comfortably furnished for a stay of 4 people, but possible for a stay with 6 people taking into account the layout and decoration of the living room.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house  
Layout: On the 2nd floor: (Kitchen(hob(electric), hood, coffee machine(pads), oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), Living/diningroom(TV(digital), dining table(6 persons), seating area), bedroom(double bed(twin duvet, 160 x 200 cm)), bedroom(bunk bed(duvet, 80 x 200 cm), bunk bed(duvet, 80 x 200 cm)), bathroom(bath tub, washbasin, washbasin), toilet(toilet), storage(ironing board, iron), balcony or terrace, garden furniture, lift)
