« I booked this hotel through Expedia because it had a 4-star rating, excellent reviews, and showed a location just 0.44 km from Mall Road. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Carpets in the room, reception, and hallways looked extremely dirty. The furniture fabric and cupboards were very dirty, baseboards were not clean, the floor had burn marks, and even the room phone had accumulated dust on it. The washroom...

« This is probably the best stay i’ve had, Staff was super nice, really helpful and morning coffee’s were amazing too. I had a few bad experiences while in india with rooms but the rooms here were clean, Best view manali has to offer.
