Utrolig trivelig og imøtekommende vertskap (som også snakket perfekt engelsk). Middagen (shabu-shabu) var nydelig, og frokosten var også flott. Ryokanen har to private onsen, som var fantastiske. Landsbyen er kjent for sine varme kilder, og overalt kan du se folk i yukata på vei til eller fra et besøk til onsen. Rommet vårt hadde ikke privat bad, men var ellers flott.
