Check in was very efficient- staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Hotel room looked exactly as described. If you stay in a room facing the highway, there is a lot of road noise.

Great Christmas time stay
Our stay was almost perfect. We arrived on Christmas Eve and stayed until the day after Christmas. We have family in the area and we were visiting them. The hotel was almost deserted, so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast of good quality on Christmas morning, although not as big a selection as the following day. This was understandable, since the staffing was somewhat sparse on the holiday. The room was well equipped and the staff was very attentive to our request for an extra towel set. All worked out very well.

Has never been updated. No outlets in rooms, very noisy rooms both from inside and outside. Bed was very uncomfortable. The staff was cheerful, helpful and professional.

Hotel needed major updating. Carpet worn, drapes outdated, tub chipped, and toilet seat loose. Front desk service was friendly and professional.

Checking in was a hassle. I was told that EXPEDIA people had to wait until all those that has REAL reservations was in. The listing clearly shows a hot tub yet there isn't one. When I said this i was told tough by JENNIFER at the desk. No apology nothing so we checkout the next day to find a place WITH a hot tub. Very disappointed with that whole day. However, checkout was a different person who apologized about the hot tub and all. I definately will not be back. I only got that room for a hot tub all day the next day.. A hot tub by the pool.

The staff at the front desk was good and friendly. The room had ants and large spiders. A maid thought it was appropriate to bang on the door at 6:30am wanting to clean the room even though a do not disturb sign was on the door. My husband repeatedly asked, “Can we help you?” The maid didn’t respond, opened our door and left it open. Complained to the front desk about it but no manager was available as he/she was off the property.

Our room was run down. The closet door was not there and there was obviously poorly done patch work throughout. It took 20 minutes to shower as there was no water pressure at all. On a plus note, the breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel in a long time.

We appreciated the fact that the 'manager?' was helpful and understanding about my husband's need for a recliner (I had called ahead), because of his restless legs and sleep apnea. Since it could not be promised there would be a recliner in our room, our own small recliner could be used. We brought it, it fit into the space and he was able to get some sleep while we were there. And the bed was very comfortable for me. Besides that, we needed to have an early check in, in order to dress for the event we came to town for. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, but within several minutes, our room was ready and we were able to get to our event in time. We appreciated everything they did to accommodate our requests. There were many other things going on in that area that weekend and the hotel was FULL so I am sure everyone was working extra hard.

Good service, not so good housekeeping
I was not pleased about the lack of housekeeping during my stay. My bed was not made up and I did not get fresh towels. On top of this I was charged an additional $23 on my credit card on Jan. 30 after I checked out on 1/27. This $23 was in addition to my pre paid charges. I did not make any phone calls or have any charges made to my room. I did get good service from your desk clerk upon my check in as she helped me into my room with my luggage.

Me and my husband come here on our wedding night. The check-in lady was wonderful. She offered us some free snacks and drinks and to keep the pool open all night so we could get in and swim by ourselves. It was clean and homie!

Reserved adjoining rooms. Arrived at 10:45 pm...one of the rooms had not yet been cleaned. So no adjoining rooms. On credit card one authorized charge for one room at $122...correct. two other charges for $140 and &150. Both rooms were supposed to be &122. Have receipt for two rooms at$122...but three charges...&122...$140...$150.

I am terribly sorry to hear about the mix-up with the adjoining rooms. I have looked over your billing and oit looks like we only did charge the expected amount for each room. There is an incidental hold at check-in, that was released at check-out. You should see that reflected in your bank with 7-10 business days.
