The villa comfortably accommodates up to four guests and features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and serene ambiance.  
  
  
  
This modern 2-bedroom villa in Chaweng offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and stunning sea views — now available at a special rate due to nearby construction. The villa is fully private and designed with open-concept living to maximize natural light and ocean breezes.  
  
  
  
Both bedrooms are ensuite, featuring plush king-size beds, air conditioning, and sliding glass doors that open directly to the terrace and pool area. One of the bedrooms includes a luxurious freestanding bathtub with a view, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.  
  
  
  
The living area is spacious and inviting, with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and seamless access to the fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining area. Outside, the villa truly shines — the large infinity pool includes a shallow lounging area ideal for relaxing, while the outdoor sala and sunbeds make it easy to enjoy Koh Samui’s tropical beauty from sunrise to sunset.

House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules, which include no smoking in the villa, no pets, and respecting quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.  
  
  
  
Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and once every 4 days for stays of minimum 6 days. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Pool and garden maintenance will be performed regularly to ensure they are in pristine condition for your enjoyment.  
  
  
  
Utilities: Please note that electricity is charged separately based on your usage at the rate of 8 Baht per unit. This is common in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation. However, water is included in your stay.  
  
  
  
Security Deposit: A refundable cash deposit of 5.000 (five thousand) Baht will be collected upon check-in. This deposit covers any potential damages or extra cleaning fees and will be fully refunded at check-out.
