Electricity charged at 8 THB per kWh. Pool maintenance twice weekly. Check-in from 2 PM, check-out by 11 AM. No smoking indoors. Security deposit collected at check-in. Breakfast and maid service available on request.

• Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, excessive mess, or missing items.
