Washing machines. \*Cleaning twice a week with clean sheets and towels \* Washing machines by office can use. \* BBQ area near the Pool garden. and Fresh fish and vegetable market in Bangkok Big Budda near by. Enjoy the breeze by the Pool and Coffee shop. Friendly helpful Staff with Reception/ office on site. Located North East of the Island in Bophut. The Residence is located up a hill near to the Big Budda and small beach and opposite the Plai Laem Temple, Plai Laem and all shops and Tong Song Bay Beach and 12 minute walking distance Cheong Mon Village and a beautiful bay beach with massages restaurants , & Bangrak and beach. 10 minutes derive to Fisherman's Village. 12 minutes drive to Chaweng Beach and bars and Central Festival Shopping Center and Tops Supermarket. It is up a cliff ( hence the views and breeze ) which is easily reached from the road but a 5 minute steep walk up hill from the local shops. Friendly Management Team office on site in building C with Cleaners and Washing machines in building C. The large studio of 65 meters with a Large Balcony, with views. Air conditioning and a fan. Large balcony with a table 2 chairs . Comfortable King size bed with good mattress, bedside drawers, lamps and Sliding large wardrobe with a safety box, towels, Bedside Side Drawers. Chest of drawers and Cabinet. Living area with corner sofa, Lamps. Armchair, coffee table, Dining table 4 chairs. Rug. Smart Large TV with DVD player and Internet in TV with Netflix. Fitted kitchen : large fridge freezer , oven, grill, microwave. coffee pot maker and caffetier, toaster, Kettle. Cutlery, chopping knives and crokery, glasses, Pots and pans. Iron & Ironing board. Includes : A Transfer from the Airport with your flight details. (Return is B300 THB ) Parking, Wifi, Pool and Gym. Cleaning 2 times a week with clean sheets and towels. Electric and water are chargeable by meter reading. (Approximately 2 euros a day my guests tell me.) Please switch off when you go out. A refundable damage of B10,000 THB is required (or equivalent chosen currency ) £200.00 GBP on check in (unless paid on Homeaway website.) Samui Airport is 8 minutes drive. Suggest check out 2 hours before flight and book taxi day before with staff B300 THB. Walking distance too Cheong Mon and beaches of Plai Laem / or Bangrak beach, shops Temples and Big Budda & cafes. Local Fish market with Vegetables & Fruit. Cheong Mon beach and town is 12 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive. Tong Song Bay ( by Melati hotel) 5 minutes drive , a quiet picture postcard beach and restaurant with Thai food, Sandwiches, juices and drinks. Big Budda 5 minutes walk to see sunset. Chaweng beach Town and supermarkets and the lively area is 10 minutes drive. Fisherman Village in Bophut is 10 minutes drive. Enjoy romantic dinners and a good night market - Walking street Night market on Fridays evenings. The Studio is a self catering Apartment with a fully equiped kitchen. A car or good scooters are recommend to get around the Island. (Good engine to get up the hill. ) Please ask me for recommendation. The Airport is 8 minutes drive. 10 minutes to Fisherman' s Village and Night market. 10 minutes to Chaweng.. 3 minutes drive to Cheong Mon Village and beach. Chaweng and Fisherman's Village are easily reached. Walking distance to Temple and local cafes and corner shops. Included: Cleaning 2 times a week with clean sheets and towels. Nucci was on site and an amazing asset to The Bay Condo. Loved being close to everything...make sure you hire Yo to be your driver while there too! Office staff excellent, always there to help. Facilities of the pool and gym ve Location for the view was fantastic, however you would need a motor bike or car to get to the nearest beach and shopping centres.
