The wooden covered terrace provides comfort for your holiday enjoyment while on Koh Samui, with ceiling fans, sun beds, and a large downstairs terrace area in the shade. There are lots of areas for romance in this vacation villa. This holiday villa near the sea features features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with air conditioning for those hot tropical days and a luxury built-in kitchen with all the amenities of home. The upstairs and downstairs terraces sport amazing views of the Gulf of Thailand, the Angthong National Marine Park, and onto the sister island of Samui, Koh Phangan. There are only 6 holiday houses on the very large grounds of the Coconut Tropicana Resort where Butterfly Beach Villa is situated. The villas are all built with precious wood, and nearly all in the same style. Respectively, three homes are located, one after another, a little offset, on the left and on the right hand sides of the project. In the middle of this collage of vacation homes there is a swimming pool with crystal clear water, a small separated pool for children, and a whirlpool massage close to the beach. During any evening sunset, the sky on the horizon turns a grandiose play of colours, reflecting off of the sea into a picture-perfect, postcard scene. At night, during certain seasons, an armada of fishing boats light up the horizons over the Gulf of Thailand, as they search for squid, crab, and other delicacies for your dining table. It was exactly as pictured and described. The villa is immaculate. Lots of space, beds are comfortable and the rooms are big. The pool and so close to the villa and the beach is literally a few steps away. Great beach and it is very private. Ping Pong (the host) is fantastic and very helpful. If you need anything you text him and he will guide you in the right direction. We originally booked a week but decided to stay linger and we are glad we did. Good choices for restaurants close by. If you want a quiet area this is the villa for you and your family. Joan was great to deal with and easy to coordinate payment through. Positiv zu erwähnen war die Ausstattung des Hauses und v.a. der Küche, so dass Selbstversorgung kein Problem darstellt. Einzig die zur Verfügung gestellten Informationen beim Check-In Vorgang könnten ein wenig verbessert werden - evt. z.B. durch eine Informationsmappe. The house looks like the pictures and the property is beautifully maintained. Ping Pong is very helpful! It was a quiet area, as we were there during the off season. The house was really lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet part of town, but still places to eat within walking distance & 24hour family mart for basics. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck, swimming and a couple of us walked each day along the beach. The lady in the bakery next door was amazing, supplying us with many of our lunch time needs, water and wine! Having stayed in the property several times before, when three friends told me they wanted to join me for a holiday in Thailand, I could not think of a better place! Guest Relations representative PingPong goes the extra mile to Ensure that your every need is met, from stepping off the ‘plane where transport is waiting to take you to the property to fulfilling a shopping list of food for breakfast the next day (we arrived in the evening. The owners have created a very informative portfolio of places to eat, visit around the Island. Pingpong was able to arrange taxis whenever we needed transport to get around. Upon entering the lush surroundings of the villa, one is immediately filled with a sense of ‘I’m home!’. With attention to detail, the owners have created a warm and cosy villa surrounded by beautiful fauna. A beautiful pool is several steps away from the villa which ultimately leads to a fabulous quiet beach. Five to ten minutes walk away are beach restaurants serving local and western food. One can also luxuriate in a Thai massage further along the beach - we spent a wonderful rainy afternoon in one of the Spas along the beach being pampered. Along the coastline there are lots of beautiful restaurants which can easily be reached by taxi. We spent our evenings trying out the different restaurants highlighted in the brochures provided the owners. Our days were spent luxuriating by the pool; a paradise in itself. The local bakery (5 minutes along the road from the property) provided our lunch. I can’t say enough about this beautiful property. Jun 7, 2018 #### Kleines Paradies mit ruhigem Strand Das Haus ist toll, die Betreuung vorher und während des Aufenthaltes super, der Pool genial und immer eine schöne Abkühlung und der Strand sehr ruhig, fast privat. Wir haben es sehr genossen, nach den Ausflügen immer wieder in unser kleines "Paradies" zurück zu kommen. Die Möglichkeit der Aircon ist super bei den Temperaturen. Der Reinigungsservice zwei mal die Woche klasse. Was man wissen sollte: das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, man kann sich durch die Wände mit den Nachbarzimmern verständigen. Leider auch von der Straße dauerhaft viel Lärm, aber das lässt sich ausblenden. :-) Es gibt in alle Richtungen nette Restaurants, auch die kleinen an der Straße gegenüber kann man nur empfehlen. Apr 3, 2018 #### stunning location, authentic villa a real taste of Koh Samui The villa is well equipped and has everything you need. Local shops make it easy to get things on a daily basis. The beach is stunning and literally a 30 second walk from the villa. We were a party of 8 and the villa has ample of space for everyone. The pool is nice and cool but my daughters hair did turn green from the clorine and all of our costumes were discoloured. I can not explain how helpful pingpong was - he could not do enough to help us and was alway quick to reply to emails. He managed to get a car, that held us all, for 24hrs we paid 2000bht (about £45) this includes all insurances and petrol. We visited the local waterfalls and they are well worth going to see. The fisherman’s village is also worth going to we really enjoyed ‘Enjoy’ and ‘Cocco tams’ for places to eat and drink. Joan was amazing with all contact before we left the UK and answered all question thouroghly and fully. If I was going to suggest any changes it would be that the bed sheets are changed (these were not done when maids came in) and we had problems with hot water in kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Dec 6, 2017 #### Fantastiskt Vi är 8 st vuxna som hyrt detta mysiga hus I två veckor. Passade oss perfekt, några steg till polen och ytterligare bara några steg till stranden. Verandan med stort runt bord och gott om utrymme , där var vi mest hela tiden. Ett nytt fint kök och bra med ytor även inne I huset. Bra service från Ping-Pong. Vi skulle gärna vilja att det fanns solstolar till alla, nu fans det bara två stycken. Vi är alla mer änn nöjda och skulle gärna komma åter. Tack för denna gang / Irene ##### irene o.
