« J’ai passé un excellent séjour. L’hôtel est loin des zones touristiques donc c’est très calme et c’est exactement ce que je recherchais. Ma chambre (sunset pool villa) était parfaite. La plage de l’hôtel est superbe et très peu fréquentée (j’étais en basse saison). Un peu déçu par l’accueil du personnel à l’arrivée , un peu froid et peu communicatif (un peu compliqué quand on essaie de savoir si on a pris le bon bateau et comment aller à l’hôtel depuis le point d’arrivée).mais sinon tout était...

« Hotel sympa, atypique avec sa petite belle plage privée, pour le petit dej pas de chocolat en poudre pour les enfants. Un peu retiré donc plus au calme qu au centre mais loin de tout à pieds il faut prendre le long thaï boat gratuit 8:30 10:00 etc il y en a plusieurs ( service proposé par l hôtel ) Bien pour 2 jours max. »

« Hôtel qui procure un sentiment de liberté. Nous étions dans un bungalow vue mer, très cosy (évitez quand même la 101 qui a aussi vue sur des réservoirs bleus). La plage est belle avec des transats confortables et à profusion mais sans l’impression de bloc. La cuisine est moyenne mais il y a plein d’options sur la plage. On a beaucoup aimé. »

"Beautiful island and hotel, can’t say the same for the service and noise. I specifically booked this place because it was supposed to be out of the noisy/party crowd, and also because of the free wif, specified on the room description. Upon arrival i realize the wifi doesn’t work in the room, which i really on for my travel. Im simply being told that there’s no wifi in room, that’s it, not trying to fix it, no applogy, the only option was to use the common area which was many steep steps below but mostly invaded by mosquitoes. No compensation or kind gesture to compensate (which was requested by hotels.com) even when i asked for a glass of water at breakfast. Also unable to sleep for 3 nights as the vibration from the beach bar situated very far resonates all the way up into the treehouse room. Earplugs won’t do because it is literal vibration. That’s until 3am on average. Let’s not forget the hellway to get there from the port under the sun and the steepest hill ever, and no offer to pick up to facilitate the arrival. Definitely not recommended for accessibility challenged people. Overall, you will get a basic room but don’t expect anything else, or even the ability to sleep. "

"J’ai passé un excellent séjour. L’hôtel est loin des zones touristiques donc c’est très calme et c’est exactement ce que je recherchais. Ma chambre (sunset pool villa) était parfaite. La plage de l’hôtel est superbe et très peu fréquentée (j’étais en basse saison). Un peu déçu par l’accueil du personnel à l’arrivée , un peu froid et peu communicatif (un peu compliqué quand on essaie de savoir si on a pris le bon bateau et comment aller à l’hôtel depuis le point d’arrivée).mais sinon tout était très bien. "
