Koh Madsum Vacation Packages

My first room had a severe leak from the AC unit however once I reported it, they got a technician to fix it within 5-10mins so that’s good. This room also had extremely poor water pressure, showering was a nightmare. I reported this and they said they’d get a technician to look at it but he couldn’t fix it. They then offered me to switch rooms as one had become free. Overall happy with how these problems were dealt with. Extremely friendly staff. Very close to lamai beach. They also offer beach towels which is good. Would recommend staying here.

This is a very quiet resort and really makes up for the things it doesn’t offer. Lots of chairs at the pool. There is a nice little bar to get drinks or snacks. The staff is very kind and very helpful. We had an ocean view room and the sunrise were amazing. Room was dated but clean. I think it was an excellent value for the money. The only drawback is gum is really small but the stairs make up for it workouts wise. Location is excellent. Quiet part of Lamai with a lot of choices of restaurants and market is easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again

Amazing place, loved it! You have access to the beach and a gym, the food is amazing and the people are so genuine and kind. We had an accident and the staff at the hotel helped us so much, gave us a more easily accessible room. They are remarkable and if given the chance we will def go there again!
