I booked a room with Hot water but was made to pay for a "hot water room". That was a rip-off! But they were not fair in returning the extra day i had booked even though i checked out a day earlier!"

Low voltage electrical as could sometimes pose inconveniences but issues were attended to swiftly when reported. You definitely get a sense of warmth and home in this space.
