It's in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. I was there with a group to play golf, and each course we played was about 10 minutes from the house. It was HOT the weekend we were there, and the AC was actually cold and much appreciated. All the beds were comfortable. We found the house more than adequate. Liked the cleanness of the house. Nice location, only 5 minutes or less to I 40 and our golf destinations! Two minor things. The water and ice would not work in the fridge! After 5 days, we found out to get hot water in the kitchen sink, the handle needed to be turned to the right, where most handles turn to the left to get hot water. Bed setup was perfect for our family.The house is a split level, so not suitable for handicapped individuals. Downstairs has 1 bedroom and 1 sitting room with Playstation. Beds/furniture were comfortable and air conditioner works great. Host provided shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. House is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We saw deer at nighttime. It's located close to the main road and about 30 min to Dollywood. Things I would change: add a curtain or some kind of privacy for master bathroom cause there's no door.
