Under the Japanese Residential Accommodation Act, me, your host lives on-site as the manager. Besides me, no one else shares the property—it’s exclusively for you and your party. Please feel free to message me with any questions; I offer a complimentary guided tour in Tokyo metro, babysitting options, and bicycle rentals to help you enjoy a smooth, local-style Tokyo experience. The space Welcome to your eco-conscious, family-ready Tokyo home – perfect for up to 4 guests (2 adults + 2–3 children). This spacious private unit features: Wide entrance and wooden deck (great for coffee or smoking) Private lock and secure entry for peace of mind The host (that’s me!) lives in a separate space in the same building but does not share any common areas with guests. During your stay You are invited for a day-tour around Tokyo metro area . Subject to weather conditions \*Transportation fees are covered by you. Smoking permitted on the wooden deck outside the house. I am also into organic and mindful mindset so I am a bit sensitive in this aspect. I also ask my guests to take off your shoes and use house slippers. Modern Japanese toilets are equipped with sit warmers , bidet and remote control.
