Location was fantastic with loads of restaurants & cafes close by. Room had aircon which was a big bonus as we didn’t think it had it. Rooms overlook communal courtyard - big and spacious. Clean bathrooms and no issue with bugs (except mosquitos but they are everywhere in Cochin). The house has a lot of character and there is a nice seating place on the terrace. As a homestay, this is really good, as long as one doesn't expect the same level of service as a hotel.
