The staff offers great service and the establishment, albeit a little outdated, has everything a high-end hotel needs to have. 18時前にチェックインのみし、フロントの前クローク横でキャリバッグから近隣に住む者に渡す荷物だけ出し外出、21時前にホテルに戻ると預けておいたキャリーバッグがポツンと一つだけ置いてありタグも何もついていなかった、私もフロントには声もかけず自分のものだったのでそのまま920号室へ。しかし他人様が故意に持ち去ることもできることに気が付いた。。 そしてもう一つバッグの外ポケットに折り畳み傘を入れていたが折り畳んでも外に飛び出した状態だった為にそのままバッグに納め、着替え程度の物だけだったので鍵もかけず外出しました。部屋に入りバッグを開けると何故か日傘の柄が折れて外れた状態で入っていた。 鍵をかけなかった私にも落ち度もあり、貴ホテルにチェックインする前にホテル・オークラのシャトルバス利用の際のバスのトランクに入れてもらう際か出してもらう際に折れたのか、、、？しかし、貴ホテルでバッグの外ポケットから中にしまう時には折れていなかった。当日なり翌日にでも言うべでしたし、今更申し上げても仕方ないことですがホテル側？、貴ホテルフロントは宿泊客じゃなくても出入りは自由なため誰かが？と言うこともありますが人様を疑うことにも抵抗がありそのままにしていたが、一つの事例として口コミさせていただきます ＧＷ後、温泉に惹かれ久々に宿泊しました。クラブフロアの2人部屋はじゅうぶん広く、清潔、リニューアル直後のようにピカピカ、綺麗でした。ラウンジで無料の飲み物をいただきながら六甲の景色を見て一息。到着からリラックスできました。 温泉は、露天風呂、打たせ湯他いくつかの風呂があり、旅館や健康ランドよりリラックスできるくらい良かったです。2014年からニュー淡路が経営しているとのことで納得でした。温泉フロアにもラウンジがあり、無料、有料の飲み物がありました。 クラブラウンジでは、夕方からトワイライトタイムでオードブルとスナック、スパークリングワインでまたまたのんびりしました。 アルコールメニューも多くついつい飲み過ぎには注意かも。 暗くなってからの神戸夜景はまことにきれいでした。 翌日は１階で朝食ビュッフェをいただき、オムレツ、フレンチトーストなど食べきれないほどのたくさん種類がありかつ美味でした。その後、フィットネスフロアのジャグジーでさらにのんびり、すべてのスタッフが優しくて満点のホテルでした。 ##### TAKAHIRO Stayed 1 night in
