Thank you for staying at our hotel.
We hope you will relax during your stay.
Also, please come visit us when you come to Kobe.
Thank you for your review.
I'm looking forward to seeing you again.
The staff were very friendly and always greeted us warmly. We needed to leave very early in the morning a few times, but they were more than accomodating to our needs.
We arrived early around 10 am after almost 12 hours travelling from Yangon. The reception told us check in time is 2 pm. A male front offce said the hotel is fullly booked and cant checked in early. But during the conversation, another male front office spoke in Japanese to the officer that was attending to me. After hearing this, he changed his tone and said to us that we can check in early but just pay Yen 6,000. Both the male receptions are portray that they are not at all bother about the welfare of their guests and are more concerned about the money they could collect by taking advantage of a travelling family. I have been travelling around the world and stayed in many types of hotels from no star to more than 5 stars but this is my first time i have came across such a hotel service of an undeserving level.
Great location, very clean room and nice staffs.
Highly recommend.

Value for money hotel
The lobby looks good while the room is average. The triple room configuration was 2 twin beds plus one sofa bed so those two taking the twin beds found it difficult to watch TV comfortably. The beds were firm and good for sleep. Price was reasonable so no complaint. The downside is that it is about a 15 minutes' walk from the JR station so it's better to take a cab if you have large suitcases. And not many eateries around for dinner.
Very convenient hotel on a subway line but in a quiet area. Very close to the train station (walking distance), to shops, restaurants.
Great staff, great room.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and in a good location. It's about a 15 minute walk to the train station. The rooms are quite nice and silent and a close walk to the boardwalk.
Excellent hotel but could be better if it is nearer to railway or bus station. Need to take taxi from railway station to hotel until I figure out the shortest way to walk to/from railway station and shopping/eating area.
I stayed at this hotel for the first time. Staffs are very polite and helpful. The room I stayed was clean but a little bit old. Anyway I think this hotel is cheap for its quality and good location.

4 nights stay as a business trip
Location is a bit far from a main station of Kobe, but easy to walk to there.
The hotel serves free coffee every afternoon, but if it is also in morning, it would be much better.
I’ve stayed for one week for my business trip and the service level was not consistent even stressful fit it’s poor performance. I cabnitrecommebd here....
The hotel has a handy location, not far from Boeki Center Portliner Station. Several convenience stores nearby. The staff were obliging. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The room was small, like most in Japan, but had everything we needed.
The place was quiet but easy access to some restaurant. We stayed there for one night so feel fine with it.

close to shopping malls
Walking distance to malls. Easy 15 mins of walking to the train station on smooth paths.
Great hop on and off bus systems that allows visits to major attractions.
Great Kobe beef for dinner at a high cost
Hotel rooms in Kobe have been getting steadily more expensive over the last 5 years, but this place is still reasonable,,, close to Boeki Center station on the Portliner line, easy walk to Sannomiya... decent place

I was dissapointed a Wi-Fi. I couldn't use it in my room. It's a most important when I choose a hotel...
I was there for a week. The staff was very nice but spoke very little English, but were willing to use Google translate when we had a major question and were having trouble communicating. The rooms are a little dated and small. The bed was a little short -- so much so that my husband's feet hit the bottom of the bed and he is only 5'9" so a very tall person might not be comfortable. Also the pillows were very hard and one side of the pillow was fluffy but the other side was filled with what felt like rice. This may be a normal Japanese pillow, but I found it a little strange. The hotel breakfast was very nice. The location was walking distance to the Sannomiya train station so it was very easy to move about the city and out of town for day trips. I would stay here again.
