"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Laguna. The villas are spacious and comfortable. We went in mid-June knowing that it was very likely to rain, and it did, but we loved every minute of our stay. The rain did not stop us from doing what we wanted, we just had to plan around it with our activities. Don't be afraid of hiring a moped, it really is the best way to get around the Island. "I cannot say enough about this property. The food was the best I ever had and the staff were absolutely wonderful. I had 2 spa treatments and I wanted to take the cook and the masseuse home with me. Nancy coordinated all my transportation. She was terrific. I felt at home"

"Orginally high standard but poor maintenance beginning to detract. We were only there for 2 nights but, electricity in room kept fusing, no water one morning, bathroom door locked itself, decking around pool dangerous. Also, breakfast was mediocre. Building another property behind but should maintain this one first. Numerous emails to Hotel all ingnored also. Management needs to look at itself "
