They were really accommodating when it came into getting us into our room a little bit early since we had an excursion in the afternoon. The room was spacious and we enjoyed spending time at the pool. Have 500 bath available as security deposit for the room key. The good is that it is fairly centrally located and not too far of a walk from the pier. The bad: the beds are hard which makes it difficult if you’ve had surgery. I booked two of the exact same rooms but was given one of lower quality and just told it’s the same when it was smaller and didn’t have the same balcony. The building leaked so the entire stairs and walkway to the room door was covered in water. There is no hot water, only luke warm at the hottest setting and the water you get is salt water so not exactly a clean feeling. Not sure if that’s all hotels on the island or not though. I kept losing power due to loose/shoddy wiring that they basically pieces back together with tape and bubble gum so never truly fixed it. They seem more worried about putting out their price lists for every possible thing you can touch and overcharging in the restaurant. The restaurant is on the beach but there are no available chairs like there are further down the beach at other locations. I’ve slept in worse places but also in far better even in more remote locations. Bottom line is there are better options available on the island at multiple price points.
