The hotel is on a beautiful place. The beach, sea, rooms and staff are lovely. What is lacking is attention to simple detail that should be led by management. The pool water gets full of leaves and the sides are covered in algae. This would be simple to fix and manage. The food is ok, but often served cold. The beach bar is never open. There are lots of lovely staff but they are not managed and seem to have plenty of time that could be focused on these things. I would stay again but it is just let down by somethings management could fix very easily if they cared. This is such a peaceful place and fantastic for a 3 star resort. We had a family beach bungalow and it was spacious with 2 king beds. Daily cleaning was really appreciated. The pool area does need a bit of updating but there’s so much shade and the pool is kept so clean. Being right on the beach was wonderful. We snorkelled immediately off the beach. The restaurant is great. We ate there almost the whole time as other places weren’t any better. You can get alcohol from the restaurant too. Local amenities good, walking distance to what you’ll need. We had stayed in Phuket the week before at a 4 star which was hugely disappointing. Lanta Miami was what we needed, chilled, peaceful and beautiful.
