Otroligt fint och välskött hotell med två stycken superfina pooler med stranden alldeles intill. Väldigt bra service och bra frukost. Ett hotell jag verkligen skulle rekommendera om man vill lägga en extra peng för att bo bra och läget går heller inte att klaga på. Området heter Lonely beach som är en av dem bättre stränderna jag har sett på Koh Chang. C’est un petit hôtel entouré de verdure dans un cadre très serein... notre petit garçon de 2 ans pouvait aller et venir comme il voulait. Le restaurant n’est pas super mais il y a un bar/resto très bon et sympa juste à côté. Huoneet ja yleiset tilat olivat siistejä. Omat auringonottotuolit rannalla olivat iso plussa. Lonely beach oli todella siistissä kunnossa, joten tuli enemmän uitua meressä kuin omalla allasalueella, mikä oli mukavan iso, ja mistä löytyi lapsille liukumäki ja aikuisille poreallas. Aamupalasta tulee hieman miinusta, ei mikään erikoinen. Tuoreet vihannekset näytti aina hieman kämäsiltä, joten leivän päälle ei saanut oikeen muuta kuin munakkaan minkä työntekijä valmisti pyytäessä. Ruoka muuten hotellin ravintolassa oli ihan hyvää. Henkilökunta puhui heikosti englantia, mutta asiat sai kyllä hoidettua. Jouduimme loman aikana vierailemaan sairaalassa illalla, hotelli järjesti sinne kuljetukset veloituksetta! There should however be more choices for vegetarians and vegans at the breakfast buffet. Stayed there over newyear. Good swimming pool. Rooms are very nice and well maintained. Restaurant a bit slow service. The price of the New Year Gala Dinner was a bit over the top with 2800Baht/person. Nice and friendly staff. Etwas heruntergekommen über die Jahre! So hat diverses nixht dunktioniert oder war defekt. So hat es bei morgenessen an diversen Stellen reingeregnet und es war sehr eng und unangenehm. Auch im Zimmer war beispielsweise der Wasserhahn defekt und musste nach vier maligem Intervenieren dann mal ersetzt werden. Ich finde Preis/Leistung stimmt hier nicht ganz überein. It is clearly way under-staffed which results in the staff that are working being quite surly. The same restaurant staff were on duty from breakfast until after dinner. The accommodation has some nice touches such as the four poster bed (deluxe sea-view bungalow) and the al-fresco bathroom. However these are really the only '4-star' bits of what is a 3-star place. Tranquil and beautifully maintained grounds with wonderful butterflies, salamanders, crickets and singing frogs, lovely views, comfortable room with good aircon, fridge, TV, safety deposit box, bath and sep shower etc. Very helpful attentive staff, always smiling. Small problem with room fixed before we had a chance to mention it! Brilliant breakfasts (we did B&B only). Complimentary (v good) thai massage in hotel health spa. Twice a week party along the beach (bit noisy) with nightly films and good Thai/Western grub - good to chill to. Stylish set of pools and jacuzzi and good sandy beach with safe bathing outside monsoon season. Local kayak and snorkelling/diving outfits and hotel can arrange any trips you could want. We did kayak, thai cooking school course up the coast and trip to Ankor Wat, Cambodia. Very frequent cheap public taxi service round island stops on demand outside hotel - good as only small shops nearby but sporadic service after 9.30pm-ish . Koh Chang islanders really smiley and friendly and most are quite suprised if tipped. Just loved it! ##### Amanda ### 10/10 Excellent #### minako Sep 27, 2010 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service #### 2010年F１期間中の滞在の為、ホテル代が高いシンガポールに 2010年F１期間中の滞在の為、ホテル代が高いシンガポールにおいて全体的に更に値上がりしており、価格についての評価は「普通」としました。通常期間ならば日本地方都市駅前ビジネスホテル中の上くらいの設備ではありますが価格は手ごろだとおもいます。但し部屋は機能的ですが狭い。日本のビジネスホテルになれていたら平気ですが。立地もリトルｲﾝﾃﾞｨｱの真ん中で有名な観光地モスク、アーケードヒンズー寺院（はホテルまん前）と完全に徒歩圏内のため大変便利です。タクシーも捕まえやすく、リトルｲﾝﾃﾞｨｱ駅（地下鉄）も徒歩圏内、リトルｲﾝﾃﾞｨｱアーケードの先Ｂ１～Ｂ２には大型のスーパーマーケットがあり日用雑貨品やお土産探しに最適です。値段も地元価格の為オーチャード周辺おスーパーよりはお徳です。チックアウト前日に明朝4：30にタクシーを呼んでもらいましたがモーニングコール必要か確認してくれた上、手配してくれたタクシーはハイヤーだったので（メーターではない）35＄料金固定で空港までいけました。 ##### minako ### 8/10 Good #### Reinaldo Jan 19, 2010 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service #### Nice staff, good location but Nice staff, good location but beware of the rave parties in the beach almost in front of the hotel.
