Aug 26, 2025 Liked: Location Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy We stayed at this property for more than 4 weeks and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The bed was defective and unusable for most of our stay, and the washing machine was broken — both essential amenities. While the owner responded to messages, the replies were vague and unhelpful, often just saying they were “working on it.” It took nearly the entire stay for the bed to be fixed, as did the washing machine. We had to sleep on the floor or couch for the weeks leading up to the repair of the bed.VRBO was contacted but offered nothing more than emails asking the owner to address our issues. This experience has diminished my trust in the platform and its ability to support guests when things go wrong.I will never again rent any properties offered by Properties by Preston.
