We needed to be conveniently located to downtown Knoxville and were never more than 15 minutes away from where we needed to be. There is plenty of parking for 3 cars, lots of seating, and having bathrooms for each of the bedrooms was a huge plus. This neighborhood is fairly up and coming, but we never felt unsafe or had any problems. The beds were comfortable and we felt we had everything we needed in the rental. ##### Rachel V. We had 4 family members and 3 BRs plus 3 baths was super convenient. It is remodeled and attractive with comfortable central HVAC. Kitchen has sufficient cookware and appliances to prepare meals. All 3 beds were very comfortable. We hope we can reserve the same home next time we return to Knoxville. The host responded quickly to all of our questions.
