Perfect location for your family and friends to gather with easy access to shopping, eating and let's not forget Tennessee sports. With simple access from the interstate to put you within 8 minutes from downtown knoxville or less than 5 minutes to a shopping experience of west town mall. This is also perfect for those who looking for alternative means to get around without having to drive.to travel through Uber or Lyft without having to pay for expensive prices. I would recommend this option especially if you coming in for a sporting event at the university of Tennessee. The house comes with basic amenities such as. Keyless entry. washer and dryer. Brand new refrigerator. One and half bathroom with walk-in shower and office space for work (those staying longer than 4 weeks). Free access to the Wi-Fi high speed internet. Hulu tv. The house has central heat and cooling. Hard wood floors with carpet in the living room only. Perfect for a traveling family’s, travel nurses or just weekend getaway to enjoy East Tennessee. \*\*\* the office will be locked unless requested for use for those who are staying a month or longer \*\*\* inclement weather conditions\*\*\* Please plan accordingly. I do understand travel can be a headache at times and things do happen especially with the weather. With that being said. The cancellation policy will be held up. It was comfortable, clean, had ample amenities, spacious, and a great location for everything you might want to do in Knoxville. The property description was a bit confusing. Read the fine print carefully. The office is only available for use if you rent for one month. So, it really only sleeps four adults in two bedrooms rather than the listed occupancy of five. The Christmas tree was up nice touch for the holidays. Glass tables throughout the living area, dining, TV, & front room all floating on bases. Not suitable for anyone with young children. The dining table is bar height. The furniture was in good shape and clean. The beds were comfortable; closet space and dressers were available which was nice. Curtains were not light-blocking just an FYI did not affect us since it was winter and not a lot of daylight. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels in the full bathroom and a scale! Full bathroom was not renovated. Bathtub walls were separating from the wall. Ceiling was peeling greatly. All water faucets took a long time to get hot water. Had a bubbler for clean drinking water which was nice. The room off of kitchen looks like a converted garage was quite cold, but blankets were available. Had a funky smell when we unplugged some of the air fresheners. Temperature varied greatly throughout the house. Bedrooms very warm. Other areas 10-15 degrees colder. The house was adequate for us as we were visiting family and did not spend a lot of time in the house. Just looked like an almost-done reno that is being done quickly. Owner was very responsive and checked in on us regularly. Even reset door code immediately when late at night we put in the wrong code several times which locked us out. ##### Alaina M.
