SEASONAL POOL DISCLAIMER: The pool is unheated and is typically open from mid April through early/mid October (subject to weather/temperatures). The pool is closed seasonally from mid October through mid April. The pool is subject to being untreated/drained when not available for usage. TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change. RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement. SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $250 hold only. This property did not dissipate. It is located in a quiet location and the rooms and amenities were incredible. We didn’t have our family with us, but it would be excellent for kids of all ages, young kids, as well as older kids like me. We had plenty of room to celebrate inside and out. The outdoor areas could use some pressure washing and landscape maintenance, but that didnt stop us from having a fun cornhole tournement! I would definately stay there again. There are window AC units upstairs that we a bit loud, but gave off plenty of cold air. If I had to suggest one thing it would be that the kitchen didnt have a lot of utencils, bowls, etc, to cook with. Being a property owner myself, I know those items grow legs, but we struggled a bit prepping for our cook out. Overall, a very nice stay! PS. we did not use the pool or hot tub.
