The kids said the twin beds were very comfy. The owner was responsive & friendly. I was worried the location would be farther away from campus and Knoxville proper but it wasn’t bad. Kathy's rental is an absolute hidden gem in Knoxville! The cleanest and neatest rental I've stayed at, stocked with absolutely everything you could need. Very close and convenient to everything in Knoxville, but you don't feel like you are in the city. Kathy was very nice and extremely quick with communication and anything you could need.
