Very pet friendly! I can't say enough good things about this property and the rental experience! The house is in a great location in East Knoxville, it's the perfect size for a couple or a small family, and it's just a great house. Several family and friends visited while we were there and everyone commented on how amazing it was. The property manager was fantasic to work with. She even left out treats four our dogs! It was close enough to the campus to not dread the journey to go let the dog out. There is a nice little street to walk your dog and Wendy thought of all the little things you might need. (Ex- coffee pods, water bottles, extra ice in freezer, even an extra tooth brush for my daughter that forgot hers)Another plus was that it was super clean and had cooking supplies you might need and the grocery store was literally1.4 miles away.
