Beautifully decorated and perfect for our stay in Knoxville. We attended an event at the convention center, had the weather been better we could have walked to the event. It is well decorated and gives the feeling that you are stepping into a model home. The hosts go the extra mile by having a nice booklet with many recommendations for restaurants and activities and also visual instructions for how to use the TV and operate the HVAC. It is right across the river from UT campus and across the street from a nice food hall you can walk to. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Chris W. Easy communication with host who offered early check-in. There's an excellent food hall across the street. Very clean with all the amenities you need for a short stay. Great bunk room with fun games for kids and includes a nice balcony on the third floor. Of note, although the two bedrooms are located on different floors, there are no doors on the rooms. A curtain separates the second floor bedroom sleeping area from the bathroom which the third floor bedroom also utilizes, but take note if you require greater privacy or noise reduction.
