Being centrally located, everything you need is here including grocery stores, shopping malls, banks gas stations, oh and our favorite Starbucks. This House is perfect for large groups and big families! We like to call our home "Top of the World". Why stay at the bottom when you can live the high life in Top of the World. If you want a fun and memorable stay in Knoxville look no further! This house is fun for every age group and includes so much to do: A theater room with 110" screen, power recline theater seating, and a 7.1 Dolby Atmos sound system, and hundreds of movies to watch, all you have to do is add the popcorn :) A spacious screened-in porch/deck area featuring A 7 person hot tub with built-in LED lights, a towel warmer, and Bluetooth sound system, also with a tv for making the jacuzzi time even more enjoyable and one of the firepits. 2 outdoor gas firepits with plenty of seating to enjoy them, including a cafe style patio, fully lit to be able to enjoy it night and day and two lounges/sunning chairs, a gas grill, and granite countertops and seating for the entire family. The front porch has a breathtaking view of the mountains and our own manmade 50' waterfall with plenty of seating to enjoy your coffee while you watch the sunrise, or just to chill and listen to the amazing sound of the waterfall. Inside the jacuzzi area you will also find a pool table with the ability to open the doors and all be together in one conversation while playing pool or enjoying the hot tub. Downstairs behind the theater room you will find a full arcade, all set to free play! Including 150 game multicade, pheonix, darts, and bubble hockey. Plus if you want a massage why not relax on your personal massage chair. Now let's talk about the living space: Open, Open, Open floor plan. The large gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream kitchen, completely stocked and ready for use. It has a large island area, perfect for sitting and eating along with the chef and a 48" built-in professional Jenn-air fridge. It also includes a Kuerig K-Cup duo, coffee grinder and french press. In the living room area you will find a 70" tv, gas fireplace, plenty of seating, and a sleeper sofa with a queen-sized memory foam mattress. The living room, dining room, and kitchen almost roll into one big room which is amazing for larger groups to all be entertained together. The master bedroom has a nice sitting area for reading, a full-length mirror, and a super comfortable king-sized mattress. If you need to get away and wind down you have a private, quiet area to chill including your own 55" tv. The master bath has a jacuzzi soaking tub and separate shower. All bathrooms have a hair blowdryer included. There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs, 1 has a queen bed and a makeup station, the other is perfect for the kids. It has 5 twin bunk beds and plenty of space to play and have a good time. Both of these bedrooms also have 50" TVs. The kids room also has LED lights so you can set it as a night light if your kids so desire. There is a full bathroom and a half bath for these 2 rooms perfect to accommodate all our guests. There are 2 additional bedrooms downstairs. 1 of the 2 has an amazing sitting area and a king bed, plus LED lighting. The other one has a queen bed and both have 50" TVs. Downstairs also has its own kitchenette, including a microwave, sink, Keurig k-cafe, and a fridge. It also has its own door to the outside and its own personal driveway for easy access. The property does have a steep driveway but has room to park up to 4 cars on top, also has room to turn your car around on the top next to the garage if you don't like backing down the driveway, please see pics for details. No Parking is allowed on the street per the HOA. Beautiful neighborhood. Jared and Lee were great about keeping in touch and making the stay seamless. Traveled with our dog and he loved the back yard - lots of hiking and trails nearby too. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of stainless steel (and other types) of cookware. Bring containers with lids or Saran Wrap if you will have leftovers that you want to store in the fridge. Tons of glassware and good dinner plates and bowls - makes it seem like home. Enough of everything (including silverware) to be able load the dishwasher for the day rather than have constantly wash dishes by lunch to have enough clean plates and silverware for dinner. The little things are appreciated. Stocked with dishwasher tabs and soap too. Very nice open plan to enjoy the family time. The theatre space was thoroughly enjoyed by the young adults in our party. \*\*\*Plus the rest of us too. Pool table was fun to use & hot tub was clean and private. The driveway is very steep … most of our drivers were at ease with it - a couple of us did not like driving up & so thankful it was summer and no rain while we were there. Beautiful house and quiet neighborhood with plenty of fun amenities to keep our group entertained. Plenty of space for our group of 12 adults with comfortable beds and large kitchen. Going into the manicured neighborhood and up the driveway was exciting. That driveway is STEEP! We found it easier to back up the drive. The house was gorgeous. Well decorated. Snazzy. The amenities we used most: hot tub, message chair, movie room( lots of movies to select from and the sound system and chairs made the space perfect), and the gas fire place. We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. We had a 7 day stay. With all the bedrooms, we were able to spread out. The teens slept in each day and adults relaxed in living room. Proximity to grocery stores and lots of shopping was a plus! The owner leaves a very thorough book. Our stay was worry free! ##### Kleesha W. The house was everything we hoped for. Plenty of space for 7 adults. House was clean, kitchen was big and accommodating, and the outdoor space (hot tub and patio area) was a bonus and utilized. We enjoyed our stay and found a lot of kid-friendly activities within 20-25 minutes of the house. The house is lovely and we all enjoyed the hot tub, foosball, darts, etc. There are a few things that would’ve been nice to have (others may want to bring): - dish towels for kitchen - separate beach towels for the hot tub (there are enough bath towels for each person to have one, so they were doing double-duty as outdoor towels as well). We used the house to gather and celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas with our adult kids meeting up from around the country. The house is so well stocked (even an air fryer and crock pot)! We really enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and massage chair, too! The house is spacious with plenty of room to gather together or spread out a bit.
