The 2nd bedroom has a newly added full-size bed for those occasional guests or for a co-resident/shared space. It also has a dedicated work space - perfect for a digital nomad or executive needing a work-at-home space.  
  
Everything you need is here - just move in and do what you're in Knoxville to do. Large front and back yard, NOT FENCED. Dogs allowed with non-refundable deposit, must obey leash laws. NO SIZE RESTRICTIONS but INSURANCE FORBIDS CERTAIN BREEDS, as follows: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Perro de Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Wolf hybrid, Or any mixed breed that includes any of the breeds listed.
