Staff is very courteous and friendly. There was no hair dryer in the room but when I asked, they immediately gave me one. Connecting to the WiFi is terrible. If you can connect, the speed is very slow. Fruit, oatmeal, or yogurt would be nice at the breakfast bar.

It’s good for 1 night because it’s convenient, easy access off I75. But rooms are mediocre, found hairs in the bed on the sheets, not the cleanest place, linens are worn down and stained. Old worn and stained chair in the room, this hotel needs a refurbish.

Don’t think it’s fair that people from Knoxville can’t stay at this hotel . I have stayed at the red roof inn across the street and have never had any issues won’t stay here again

Football weekend so prices were jacked up beyond what was offered. Bathroom had mold around base of tub and cobwebs in corners. Hot water in shower was only accessible at warm setting then got cold as you moved to hotter. No blow dryer. Overall not worth the $200 a night charge

This room # 205 was dirty. The bathroom vanity had a black residue all over it. Room wasn't dusted. My wife cleaned these things. We were too tired to complain, but we should have. We'll never stay at this brand again.

Needs TLC and updates
I stay in hotels in Clinton TN a few times a year when traveling, but the Baymont was disappointing compared to others. The sheets and linens were clean, and you could tell the bath had been cleaned, but overall the facilities felt old and grimy. The carpet is old and worn, the curtains and box spring covers were obviously beyond their years of good repair, and the corners of the bathroom had mold. I’m sure the staff tried hard to do their best, and they were friendly and helpful, but you can tell the owners have not invested in serious upkeep in a while.

Worst experience at a hotel!
This was, by far, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! There were 2 beds in the room. Both beds had stained sheets. One was stained with blood and the other was stained with something yellow. The toilet paper roll hadn't been changed either, and the toilet was not secured to the floor if that makes sense. It rocked back and forth. There were also holes in the wall of the he room. We went down to ask for a new room and they claimed they were all booked up (a claim I highly doubt). They gave us "fresh" sheets for one bed where we had to go back to our room and change the bedding ourselves. They didn't give us new pillow cases or a new blanket though so I had to go through the towels to find one that wasn't stained to put over the pillow case. We slept without a blanket. The next morning, I felt pretty gross and decided I would take a shower until I discovered that the shower curtain was disgusting and moldy. We won't be back to this or any hotel in this chain! Pictures are of the moldy shower curtain and the blood stained bed.

Toilet was loose from the floor, mold was present on shower curtain and bathroom surfaces, tv did not work, bed sheets looked like they had been slept in, coffee pot was unclean, carpet was stained, there was only one coffee cup left in the room, the desk chair was broken, door did not close and lock without manually pulling on it, the arm chair was stained, and the window ac unit did not cool .down property and mold is present on the vents. The room was unclean and not suitable or safe for occupancy.

There really wasnt a breakfast as advertised. Toaster Waffle iron pitcher milk oj apple juice small muffins. I was told continental which was far from it. Our room was dirty i found a drink can behind the night stand in between the beds. No phone book for area had to look up restaurants using my phone. Never stay here again

To many problems
We had two rooms, 225 and 227. My sons father in law and brother in law had 225. It smelled of mildew and missing a cilling tile, and two little cockroaches walked up to them in the bathroom. One is no longer an issue but the other got away. Our room had a smell not as bad but the ac didn't turn up. The shower curtains as you can see were nasty. My son went down and showed them pictures they sent him up with a new one guess we're now staff. They moved the in-laws to 224 which was much better but TV didn't work. The front counter ws told and their answer to us was just keep unplugging and replugging the HDMI cable till it works. It didn't. Sorry one thing wrong maybe but this shows lots of problems, Also on Saturday we didn't put up the do not disturb so they could come in dump trash and new towels. They didn't touch the room.

Made reservation specifically for the pool to swim in the morning. Used Expedia so non refundable (of course). Was told pool would not be available and reason was nonsense (I am a certified pool operator). Could not reach anyone at Expedia and hotel clerk (not his fault) couldn’t even get a phone number so I could talk to owner or manager. Never will use Expedia or Baymont again. I can’t hear “I’m just doing my job” when no you are not. Misleading the customers, un-maintained amenities, but y’all got your money and an angry (ex)customer. You got your money and couldn’t care less about anything else.

The first poor impression is that I had to wait on the front desk clerk to put out his cigarette to check me in. My friend was competing in a competition in the area. He was going to stay with family, but get ready in the hotel room with me since we were riding together. I checked in, took a luggage cart to my room, and the hotel clerk called me two different times within ten minutes of me getting to my room to bring it back down to the lobby. I had just driven three and a half hours and needed a moment. I immediately took the cart downstairs. He could not have been more rude. He accused me of lying about the number of people staying in the room. He said he was going to charge me for my friend being in the room. I told him he wasn't staying the night, we were getting ready together, but I was happy to pay the charge. Fast forward to later that night, my significant other ended up coming to the competition as well. He ended up staying the hotel room with me. Which should have been fine since I was more than willing to pay the extra charge. My friend forgot their bag in my room so at 1:00 am, my friend couldn't get ahold of me, he asked the desk clerk for a key, and the desk clerk gave him a key to my room with no identification required. He threatened to kick us out for my friend stopping to get their bag. The front desk clerk could not have been any more hateful, rude, and combative. As someone that works for a hotel, I cannot imagine ever exhibiting this behavior.

The people were very friendly and nice. The downside for me was I stayed there 3 nights. Not once did my bedding get changed, fresh towels and my trash didn’t get emptied. There were multiple stains on the blankets and sheets. Although it was a very convenient place to stay. Close to everything.

Weekend stay
Dirty snd looked like no one had stayed in thst room for a while. Couch was dirty snd had tares in it. Window base dirty, and toilet paper holder broken. Looks likevit not being updated and up keep has falling off. Use to be a nice hotel to stay at.
