It is a great location, straight shot into downtown Knoxville. There are restaurants and fast food close by if you need something. The cottage was clean and stocked with what you may need (extra towels, toilet paper, etc.). Nice little kitchen, plenty of comfortable seating in the living area for the four of us. Gary had left snacks and drinks which were much appreciated. He let us know if we needed anything, he was available to help. Check-in and check-out were easy. It was a fairly short drive from Neyland and conveniently close to food, grocery stores, and convenience stores. The check in process was super easy. Gary sent me a message with the address and the door code and we got right in with no issues. He offered to put snacks and drinks in the house for us which was nice. The beds were quite firm which is a personal preference for us but some may not like. We did wish there were tv’s in the bedroom as we like to sleep with one on but this was definitely not a dealbreaker. Overall very happy with the home.
