Any violation, will result in a minimum $300 smoke remediation fee. 5) No Parties: Events and parties are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment. We will contact you directly for any disturbances, prior to reporting any nuisances to local authorities. 6) Pets: We love our Pets! but they are not allowed in most units, ensuring a clean and allergen-free space for all guests. a.If the property is labeled as “Pet-friendly”, pet’s are allowed at the expense of $50/night, up to $250\. The Pet Fee will be requested after booking via the resolution center, and is paid separately from the reservation. 7) Damage Policy: Any damage caused during your stay will incur repair costs plus a labor charge. A Wear & Tear fee up to $500 per occurrence will be applied for any rule violations related to pets, smoking, or parties. 8) Checkout: Before checking out, please place trash in trash cans, start the dishwasher with used dishes, and begin a wash cycle for used towels. Security: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when not present. 9) Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. Failure to comply with any of these policies may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. Since the unit is in the basement, you can see in the room from the sidewalk. Every time we walked by the window on the sidewalk, we could see in the unit, especially the bed and when it was dark outside and lights were on in the unit, it was an open book for individuals walking by. I understand the need for natural light with it being a basement unit, but privacy is more important. Other than that, the unit, amenities, location, parking was great. ##### D S.
