My sister and I came to Knoxville for the first time to see a concert at the UT and were so delighted that we chose this great rental. The location was perfect because we enjoy walking around to explore and it was close to many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. This place was perfect! The parking option was easy (we did not have a lot of luggage), the location was perfect. Near enough to walk to downtown spots but still removed enough to not be in the chaos. The room was clean and Blake was so helpful and communicated all that we needed to know in a timely manner. Plus a super cute and great coffee shop around the corner. It was so much better than expected. And the place in person looks lust like the pictures.
