The home features cozy living spaces, including a king-size bed in the main bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom, both complemented by beautiful hardwood floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, and the back porch opens to a large yard shaded by towering trees. Conveniently located near grocery stores, Kerns Food Hall, and the University of Tennessee, this cottage is perfect for guests looking to explore the area or catch a Vols game, with ample parking available in the driveway.

Please note, due to the property's proximity to Chapman Highway, there may be some traffic noise during your stay. However, the spacious yard and back porch, shaded by large trees, offer a peaceful retreat. We also provide helpful landmarks, like the local fire station across the street, to ensure you arrive with ease. Trash pick-up is handled weekly by the city waste services.
