### Fabulous 4 bedrooms villa near Zwin with a garden

Recently renovated, our house offers high-end finishes and unparalleled comfort, with a beautiful furnished terrace and private garden. The semi-detached house has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (ideal for 6 adults and 2 children). Extras include 3 parking spaces and a beach hut, located on the "Vintage" beach, included in the price.  
An ideal location, personalized and trendy decor, fast Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine, a hairdryer, hotel-quality bedding, premium towels, and attentive hosts! Our house is tastefully decorated and offers every comfort you could wish for. It offers an excellent overall living experience, giving this property a home-like feel and making your stay in Knokke even more enjoyable.  
A pleasant and easily accessible location, close to the Ceuvelhoeve and the Boslaan mill. Easy access to the center, the beach, and the Zwin.  
  
The house, spread over three floors, measures approximately 200 m² and is composed as follows:  
GROUND FLOOR:  
\- Entrance hall with guest toilet.  
\- Master bedroom with hotel-quality king-size bed (180 cm), walk-in closet, and en-suite shower room with blackout blinds.  
\- Beautiful living room with flat-screen TV.  
\- Dining room for 8.  
\- Large, fully equipped kitchen (with bar) (steam oven, oven, microwave), induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, SPECIAL T. by Nestlé coffee machine, refrigerator, and wine cellar.  
\- Beautiful terrace overlooking the garden, furnished with outdoor seating, a dining table, and an electric tent.  
FLOOR +1:  
\- Bedroom 2 with a hotel-quality king-size bed (180 cm), walk-in closet, and en-suite shower room.  
\- Bedroom 3 with a hotel-quality king-size bed (180 cm), walk-in closet, office space, and private terrace.  
\- Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.  
FLOOR +2:  
\- Bedroom 4 in the attic with two 90 cm single beds.  
One dog is welcome with an extra cost of 50 € per stay.
